Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and procedures for canceling your subscription to FitPro Incubator programs. Cancellation terms differ between our Accelerator and Growth programs due to their different commitment structures.

Accelerator Program (£147/month)

No Minimum Commitment

The Accelerator program operates on a monthly rolling subscription with no minimum commitment period. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

How to Cancel

  • Send written notice of cancellation to [email protected]

  • Include your full name, email address used for registration, and "Accelerator Cancellation" in the subject line

  • Provide 30 days advance notice

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current 30-day billing period

  • You will not be charged for the following month

  • You will lose access to all program materials, systems, and community after your billing period ends

  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period

  • You may re-join at any time in the future (subject to availability and current pricing)

Growth Program (£395/month)

3-Month Minimum Commitment

The Growth program includes a 90-day intensive course and requires a minimum 3-month commitment (£1,185 total). This commitment ensures you complete the full program and give yourself the best chance of success.

Cancellation Before 3 Months

If you wish to cancel before completing your 3-month commitment:

  • You remain liable for the full 3-month fee (£1,185)

  • You must pay any remaining balance immediately

  • Your access will be terminated upon payment of the remaining balance

  • No refund will be provided for months already paid

Cancellation After 3 Months

After completing your 3-month minimum commitment, you may:

  • Continue on the Growth program (£395/month)

  • Downgrade to the Accelerator program (£147/month)

  • Cancel your subscription entirely

How to Cancel (After 3 Months)

  • Send written notice of cancellation to [email protected]

  • Include your full name, email address, and "Growth Cancellation" in the subject line

  • Provide 30 days advance notice

  • Specify whether you want to cancel entirely or downgrade to Accelerator

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current 30-day billing period

  • You will not be charged for the following month (unless downgrading to Accelerator)

  • You will lose access to all Growth-specific benefits (1-1 coaching, boardroom meetings, dedicated growth coach)

  • If downgrading to Accelerator, you will retain access to Accelerator benefits

  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period

Important Cancellation Terms

30-Day Notice Period

All cancellations require 30 days written notice. For example, if you submit your cancellation on January 15th, your final billing date will be February 15th, and your access will end on March 15th.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued.

Payment Obligations

You remain responsible for all payments due up until the effective cancellation date, including the 30-day notice period. Failure to pay will result in immediate termination of access and may result in collection action.

Access After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends, you will lose access to:

  • All program materials, courses, and training content

  • LeadDec CRM and Dorothy AI systems

  • Weekly coaching calls and 1-1 sessions

  • Community access and support

  • Done-for-you content and templates

Pausing Your Subscription

We do not offer the ability to pause or freeze subscriptions. If you need to take a break:

  • Accelerator: You may cancel and re-join when ready (subject to availability and current pricing)

  • Growth: You must complete your 3-month minimum commitment before canceling. After that, you may cancel and re-join later.

Termination by FitPro Lead Gen

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately for:

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Sharing account credentials or proprietary content

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or community members

  • Any other breach of our policies

In such cases, no refund will be provided, and you will remain liable for any outstanding payments.

Re-Joining After Cancellation

If you cancel and wish to re-join later, you may do so subject to:

  • Program availability (we may limit enrollment)

  • Current pricing (prices may have increased)

  • Our approval (we reserve the right to refuse re-enrollment)

Previous members are not guaranteed the same pricing or terms as their original enrollment.
