No Refund Policy

All purchases of FitPro Incubator programs and services are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any of our programs (Accelerator or Growth), you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period Waiver

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. However, by purchasing and gaining immediate access to our digital content and services, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period right and acknowledge that we begin providing the service immediately upon purchase. This waiver is required because you receive instant access to proprietary systems, training materials, and coaching from day one.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our programs provide immediate access to valuable proprietary content, systems, tools, and coaching. Once you gain access to these materials, we cannot "take back" the knowledge and value you've received. Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • You gain instant access to our complete systems, templates, and proprietary software (LeadDec, Dorothy AI)

  • You receive coaching, training, and support from day one

  • The value is delivered immediately upon enrollment

  • We invest significant time and resources into each client's success

Program-Specific Terms

Accelerator (£147/month)

  • No refunds for any monthly payment

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

  • No refund for partial months

Growth (£395/month)

  • No refunds for any monthly payment

  • 3-month minimum commitment required

  • If you cancel before 3 months, you remain liable for the full 3-month fee (£1,185)

  • After 3 months, you may cancel with 30 days notice

  • No refund for partial months or early cancellation

No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the program or results

  • Failure to achieve desired outcomes

  • Change in personal or business circumstances

  • Lack of time to implement the systems

  • Technical difficulties or user error

  • Not attending calls or using the resources

  • Any other reason whatsoever

Your Responsibility

Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all program details, pricing, and commitment terms

  • Ask any questions you have before enrolling

  • Ensure you have the time, resources, and commitment to implement the program

  • Understand that results require effort, dedication, and consistent action

By purchasing, you confirm that you have done your due diligence and accept full responsibility for your decision.

Results Disclaimer

We provide proven systems, coaching, and support, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, existing business situation, and individual circumstances. Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not typical. The fact that others have achieved results does not guarantee you will achieve the same results.

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or payment provider (chargeback), we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend your access to all programs and services

  • Pursue legal action to recover the full amount owed plus any associated costs

  • Report the dispute to relevant authorities

Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness, death, or other extraordinary events), we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial credit or alternative arrangement.
