1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FitPro Incubator website and services provided by FitPro Lead Gen, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
2. Services
FitPro Lead Gen provides business coaching, training programs, and related services for fitness professionals through two main offerings:
Core (£147/month): A monthly rolling subscription with no minimum commitment, providing access to systems, content, group coaching, and community support.
Growth (£395/month): A comprehensive 90-day program with a 3-month minimum commitment, including 1-1 coaching, the complete 8-step ecosystem, and all Core benefits.
3. Registration and Account
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Core Program
Monthly subscription of £147
No minimum commitment
Billing occurs monthly on the date of signup
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
Growth Program
Monthly subscription of £395
Minimum 3-month commitment (£1,185 total)
Billing occurs monthly on the date of signup
After 3 months, you may continue on Growth or downgrade to Core
Cancellation before 3 months requires payment of remaining balance
All fees are in GBP (£) and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Core: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Growth: You may cancel after completing the 3-month minimum commitment by providing 30 days written notice. If you cancel before 3 months, you remain liable for the full 3-month fee.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, failure to achieve results, or change of circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Please see our separate Refund Policy page for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to courses, templates, systems, software (LeadDec, Dorothy AI), videos, documents, and other materials, are the intellectual property of FitPro Lead Gen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for your personal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary content
Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the community
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
9. Results Disclaimer
While we provide proven systems, coaching, and support, we make no guarantees about the results you will achieve. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, dedication, market conditions, and individual circumstances. Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not typical. You should not rely on any results mentioned as a guarantee of your own success.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitPro Lead Gen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FitPro Lead Gen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, you agree to the following escalation process:
Informal Resolution: Contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing litigation
Litigation: Only if mediation fails may either party pursue legal action in the courts of England and Wales
