The FitPro Incubator is designed for FitPros who already have some clients and are making £4k-£10k/month. If you're brand new, I'd recommend starting with basic client acquisition first. Reach out and I'll point you in the right direction.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use the systems?
Not at all. Everything is designed to be user-friendly. We provide step-by-step setup guides, and during your onboarding call, we'll walk you through everything. Plus, you have ongoing support if you get stuck.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see improvements in lead generation within the first 2-3 weeks. Revenue increases typically happen by weeks 6-8 as the full system comes together. Remember, we're building sustainable systems, not quick fixes.
What if I don't have time to implement everything?
The program is designed for busy FitPros. Each week has clear priorities and we focus on the highest-impact activities first. You'll typically need 3-5 hours per week to implement the strategies.

Why is it £395/month instead of a one-time payment?
Monthly payments make it accessible to more FitPros, and it aligns my success with yours. I'm incentivised to make sure you succeed because you can cancel if you're not getting value.
Can I cancel after the 3-month minimum?
Yes, absolutely. After the initial 3-month commitment, you can continue month-to-month or cancel anytime. Many clients choose to stay because the ongoing support and tools continue to drive results.
What if I can't afford £395/month right now?
If you're not making at least £4k/month consistently, this program might be premature. Focus on basic client acquisition first. If you are making £4k+ but cash flow is tight, book a call and we can discuss options.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
I don't offer refunds because this is a partnership, not a product. However, I guarantee that if you show up, follow the steps, and engage with the support, you'll see results. I'm personally invested in your success.

What is LeadDec and how does it work?
LeadDec is our lead generation and management platform. It creates landing pages, captures leads, manages follow-up sequences, and tracks conversions. It's like having a marketing team in software form.
How does Dorothy AI work?
Dorothy is an AI sales bot that handles lead follow-up, answers common questions, books consultations, and even handles basic sales conversations. It works 24/7 so you don't have to chase every lead manually.
Do I need to use all the tools?
No, you can adapt the system to your style and business model. However, the tools work best together as an integrated system. We'll help you determine the best setup for your specific situation.
What happens to my tools after I leave the program?
LeadDec and Dorothy are included during your membership. If you cancel, you'd need to subscribe separately or migrate to other tools. We provide guidance on transitions if needed.

How much personal access do I get to David?
You get weekly group coaching calls where I answer questions live, plus a monthly 1-1 strategy call that's just you and me. You also have access through the community for ongoing support.
What if I need help outside of scheduled calls?
The community is active daily with support from me & the team, and other successful FitPros. For urgent issues, you can reach out directly and we'll respond within just a few hours.
How big is the community?
We intentionally keep groups small (max 10 per intake) to ensure quality support. This means you get real attention, not just another face in a crowd of hundreds.
Can I connect with other FitPros in the program?
Absolutely. The community aspect is huge. You'll connect with other ambitious FitPros, share wins, get feedback, and often form lasting business relationships.
