Did he really just say that 🤨

A business owner, who relies on making new sales

Doesn’t WANT to make sales 🫣

Honestly you can’t make it up

This guy is not in a great position right now

He reached out on Instagram about the Incubator, so we had a quick chat on zoom

He had roughly 12 clients on hid mid size group programme (£117pm)

Still doing of PT clients

But had every single reason to not make a sale as we dove into it

And so blinded by fear now, that he can’t see where the next set of sales are going to come from

I had to be honest with him… I had been in that same place

Things were going well when I was in Southampton, I built up to 35 clients, all paying £150pm

£5k pm, only a studio rent of £1500 to pay & rest was mine

So I took my foot off the gas

Turned ads off, stopped posting on social media, stopped following up with leads

A month later, and I had lost 10 clients due to the summer holidays about to kick in

2 weeks later, another 3

And I wasn’t anywhere close to replacing them 😢

I also started to make excuses as to why I couldn’t sign up anyone

I couldn’t even see sales that where literally sat waiting for me to take the cash off them

Then something clicked

But if you don’t have that click, then you are a dead fitness business walking
