Because the first real sign that someone is about to leave is not the cancellation
It’s the drop in how often they are showing up
They go from 3 sessions a week, down to 2, then maybe 1…
And that’s your opportunity to step in early and fix it before it becomes a problem
When you get this right, everything else becomes easier
